By accessing the Site or purchasing tickets, entries, or sponsorships, you agree to these Terms.

All sales are final. By purchasing or registering for any event, you acknowledge and accept these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to participate or attend events unless otherwise stated.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Square. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

4. No Refunds

All purchases — including event tickets, competition entries, and sponsorships — are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including cancellation, schedule changes, or failure to attend.

5. Event Rules

You agree to comply with all event rules, venue policies, and applicable Oregon laws. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oregon Tek LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from event attendance or site use.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, and content on the Site are property of Oregon Tek LLC. You may not reproduce or use them without written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
